Terms of use

The short version, in plain words

What ADMIRER is

ADMIRER (admirer.me) is software that runs in your browser. It lets creators open a jar with a wishlist and unlocks, and lets fans send gifts to those jars through the Privacy Cash pool on Solana.

  • We never hold your funds. Every deposit and gift moves from your wallet or your private balance straight to the pool or the creator.
  • We never run a relayer and never sign a transaction for you. You sign everything in your own wallet.
  • The Privacy Cash program, its relayer and its policies belong to Privacy Cash, not to us. We are not affiliated with Privacy Cash. Their terms and any screening they apply also govern your use of their pool.
  • Our server stores jar listings and short-lived payment sessions so gifts can be verified. See the privacy page.

Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older, and old enough to use services like this where you live.
  • Creators sign in with X and must meet our eligibility rules at sign-in: an account at least 90 days old, at least 100 followers, and not protected.
  • You must be allowed to use crypto and privacy tools under the laws that apply to you.

What is not allowed

Do not use ADMIRER for, or to promote, link to or fund:

  • anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way, in any form;
  • non-consensual material of any kind, including intimate images shared without consent;
  • illegal content, goods or services;
  • scams, fraud, fake wishlists or payment requests that are not what they claim to be;
  • impersonating another person, creator or brand;
  • harassment, threats, extortion or abuse of anyone.

Any report of minors or non-consensual material removes the jar immediately, before review. We may also remove a jar for any other breach of these terms.

Unlocks

An unlock is short text a creator writes (a link, an invite or a code, up to 500 characters). We do not host media and we do not check what is behind a link. Delivery, quality and any dispute about an unlock are between the fan and the creator. Use the report button on a jar if something is wrong.

Sanctions

You must not be a sanctioned person, owned or controlled by one, or acting for one, and you must not use ADMIRER from a comprehensively sanctioned country or region. We block access from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Do not try to get around the block.

Fees

  • ADMIRER charges no app fee in v1.
  • The Privacy Cash pool charges a withdrawal fee of 0.35% plus a flat fee of about 0.64 USDC or 0.006 SOL per withdrawal. The fan pays it on top of the gift; the creator receives the full gift.
  • The smallest gift is 2 USDC or 0.02 SOL (what the creator receives).
  • Solana network fees apply to deposits and other transactions you sign.
  • Privacy Cash may change its fees at any time. The app always shows what you pay before you sign.

The token

$ADMIRE is only ever burned for creator-side or attention features, such as opening a jar after launch (100,000 tokens), pinning a wishlist item or buying a featured spot on the Wall. It is never part of a fan's payment. We make no promise about its price, value or liquidity, and nothing here is investment advice. Burns are final.

Risks you accept

  • Smart contracts can have bugs. The Privacy Cash program, its relayer or the SDK we use could fail or change.
  • Your wallet, browser or device could be compromised, and we cannot reverse anything that happens there.
  • Your private balance is derived from a message you sign with your wallet. If you sign with a different wallet, or a wallet that does not sign the same way every time, you may lose access to that balance. We cannot recover it for you.
  • Transactions on Solana are irreversible. A gift sent to a creator cannot be pulled back by us or by you.
  • Privacy depends on how you use it. See the privacy page for what breaks it.

No warranty

ADMIRER is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost funds, lost access, missed gifts, failed transactions or anything done by creators, fans, Privacy Cash or other third parties.

Removing jars

We can hide or remove any jar, item or unlock at any time, for a report, a breach of these terms, a legal request or our own judgement. Removal hides the page. It cannot touch anyone's funds, because we hold none.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page. If you keep using ADMIRER after a change, the new terms apply.
